Due to our location along a valley, stairs can be found throughout the property. For guests with limited mobility, we can arrange rooms with fewer steps and provide table seating for meals whenever possible.
We also offer transportation between the Main Building and the Annex, Roku-an.
If you require any assistance during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
Please note that Shimokawabata Street is very narrow.
If you are arriving in a large vehicle or an unfamiliar rental car and have any concerns about access,
please feel free to contact us in advance. We will be happy to assist you.
